Dr Tahereh Taklif Dermatologist FACD
In 2002 Dr Tahereh Taklif specialised in Dermatology at Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. She worked as a consultant dermatologist at 3 major dermatology departments at University Hospitals in Stockholm. She moved to Australia in 2011 and has worked in both public and private dermatology clinics including Skin and Cancer Foundation Victoria, the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Royal Children Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, the Alfred Hospital, Peter McCallum Cancer Institute and Geelong Dermatology.
Dr Tahereh Taklif is a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists (FACD) and a member of:
The Swedish Society of Dermato-Venereology, The Nordic Society of Dermatology and Venereolgy and The American Academy of Dermatology.
She is passionate about skin health and excellence in patient care.
Dr Matthew Howard Dermatologist FACD
Matthew is a specialist dermatologist and a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
He completed his postgraduate medical degree at Monash University and was awarded the overall dux of his medicine degree.
Matthew also completed an undergraduate degree in pharmacy at La Trobe University and was awarded the overall dux of his degree.
Prior to entering the dermatology specialty training program in Melbourne he completed a Master of Philosophy with honours at Monash University on the research subject of melanoma and published several first author peer reviewed publications and he continues to maintain a strong interest in research.
During his training Matthew was awarded the Adrian Johnson memorial prize for the best paper/ publication in the Australasian Journal of Dermatology by a College trainee as a lead author in a calendar year.
In addition to this, he won the prestigious Harvey Rotstein Award for collegiality to his colleagues and dedication to his patients.
He has undertaken specialty training clinics at several metropolitan Melbourne hospitals including the Skin Health Institute, St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, Monash Health, Alfred Hospital, Box Hill Hospital, Austin Hospital , Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Royal Melbourne and Royal Children’s Hospital.
In addition to private practice, Matthew is a consultant dermatologist at Monash Medical Centre and Box Hill Hospital.
Matthew grew up in Geelong and attended local primary and secondary schools. He is passionate about working in and serving the local Geelong community. Matthew is caring and empathetic and enjoys connecting with patients to resolve their acute and chronic skin conditions. When not working Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and son, cooking, playing tennis and squash.
Dr Georgia Wyett
Dr Reza Amirtouri has joined Novus Dermatology & Skin Health in 2021. He is a General practitioner and skin cancer specialist with extensive experience in skin cancer diagnosis, management and skin cancer surgery. Reza has special interest in general dermatology and management of common skin conditions.
After practicing in general practice, skin cancer clinics in Perth and in close collaboration with dermatologists and plastic surgeons for the last 10 years, he moved to Geelong with his family in early 2021.
He is a member of the Skin cancer College of Australia and has a professional certificate in skin cancer surgery University of QLD. He has been regularly attending national and international dermatology and skin cancer meetings to keep updated with the latest advanced in dermatology and skin cancer diagnosis and management.

Olivia Fortune Cosmetic Nurse
Olivia has been working in the cosmetic industry for the past 7 years. Working along side doctors, Dermal clinicians, Dermatologist and specialist in the field.
Olivia specialises in PRP/ under eyes, facial rejuvenation and hair loss. Attending regular conferences to keep up to date with the latest in cosmetic.
Olivia is exceedingly enthusiastic about her profession as a Cosmetic Nurse, allowing her patients to appear and experience their best. Understanding her patients’ desires, she is continually offering fine care and enhancement to provide her patients with overall lasting and natural results.
Georgina Harris Dermal Clinician
Georgina is a highly passionate, professional and committed
Dermal clinician with 20-year experience and profound interest for
cosmetic industry and skin health. Georgina holds a Bachelor of
Health Science in Dermal Therapy form Victoria University and in
addition a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
As one of the Geelong’s leading therapists, she has an extensive
experience in cosmeceutical skin care, laser treatments, chemical
peels and consultation for cosmetic concerns.
Her primary focus is providing clients with comprehensive education
on skin health and sun protection.
As a Dermal clinician, Georgina’s approach is to tailor an individual
treatment plan for each client and supporting them throughout their
skin care journey.
She is passionate about staying informed with the latest
technologies and the most recent research and innovation in
skincare industry. She will bring this knowledge to her daily work
and loves to share it with her clients.
